Kaba Ilco Corp. has leased 5,196 square feet of office space in Stewart Creek Office Center II at 5750 Genesis Court in Frisco. Heather Densmore Shover of Grubb & Ellis represented the tenant. New York-based Oak Villas Apartments LLC has acquired Oak Villas, a 548-unit apartment community at 2414 N. MacArthur Blvd. in Irving for an undisclosed sum. The buyer plans to continue upgrading the apartments and push rents higher. The seller was Orix Capital Markets, a limited liability company based in Delaware for a Dallas-based receiver.Hendricks & Partners’ Tom Burns and Jay Gunn represented the seller.

Caddo Holdings LLC has acquired a three-building portfolio in Uptown Dallas for an undisclosed sum. The Dallas-based firm bought the buildings — 2811 McKinney Ave., 2501 Cedar Springs Ave. and 3400 Carlisle St. The properties comprise 281,000 square feet of office and retail space. Creighton Stark, senior vice president of office investment sales atColliers International solely negotiated the deal. The buildings will be managed by Caddo and leased by Nathan Durham ofPM Realty Group.

Austin-based World Class Capital Group has acquired two foreclosed properties in Plano for an undisclosed sum. The 78,600-square-foot flex space center sits on 5.3 acres site at the intersection of Plano Road and Campbell Road was sold by a special servicer. The group also acquired Custer Creek Center, a 80,000-square-foot retail center at the intersection of Spring Creek Pkwy. and Custer Road sits on 8.5 acres. The seller of the property was Woodforest National Bank.

An investor has purchased a one-story, 17,510-square-foot retail site at 5750 W. Vickery Blvd. in Fort Worth out of foreclosure for an undisclosed sum. Tony Albanese and Kerry Assa of Bright Realty brokered the deal.

Shred-It International Inc. has signed a lease for 19,600 square feet of industrial space at 1625 Wallace Drive in Carrollton, where it will move its regional Dallas shredded document operations.
